Experience
Mr. Eldreny is a capital market associate. He has a comprehensive corporate and securities experience with special emphasis on debt and equity financing transactions aggregating in the billions of dollars. He has solid and considerable expertise in different types of financing transactions, including public offerings, representing both issuers and underwriters; private placements, representing both issuers and investors; bank and institutional lending, representing both lenders and borrowers including debt restructuring, mezzanine and subordinated debt mechanisms. In addition to the foregoing, Mr. Eldreny has negotiated and closed a number of complex merger and acquisition transactions, where he was pivotal in steering and channeling through the necessary documentation, including tender offering documents.
Previously, Mr. Eldreny served as a corporate counsel to the Middle East largest steel producer and has advised on the areas of corporate governance, anti trust and international trade regulations.
Mr. Eldreny is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association since July 2002 and a former prosecutor. He was recommended by the 2008 edition of “EMEA Legal 500” as a corporate and M&A lawyer by different international clients.
