Mr. El Gharabawy started his professional career at Nadoury Nahas law office, where he handled several claims before Egyptian courts in civil and commercial matters. Mr. El Gharabawy is heavily involved in the formation of commercial companies in Egypt, geared towards the service of foreign investors, with special emphasis on the diverse requirements of Egyptian laws, regulations and procedures. In addition, he was responsible for conducting legal researches concerning Corporate and Commercial law, Competition law, Arbitration, Oil and Gas law and Private International law. Mr. El Gharabawy is a member to the Egyptian Bar Association.
